RETURNS

Dango Products will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Basic proof of purchase must be presented upon return. Within 7 business days of receipt of the item(s), we will refund the purchase price, minus the outbound shipping charges. Returned items must have all original parts and be sent back in brand new condition with all accessories, packaging, etc. 3rd party purchases must adhere to 3rd party policies. To obtain return instructions, please send us an email before returning the merchandise.

Refunds are processed within one week of Dango Products recieving the return. 

Returns are always subject to the individual merchant’s policy, which can typically be found on their website or by contacting them directly. If you make a return and the merchant processes a refund, it will automatically be reflected in your Payment Schedule — further details are below.

In general, refunds are applied starting with your final payment and working backwards to earlier payments.

If you have returned an order in its entirety and the full amount of the order is refunded, any upcoming payments will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with.

The same principles apply if you’ve returned a portion of an order and received a partial refund. 

SHIPPING

There are many factors that can delay your shipment. Sometimes there are delays in transit within USPS or FedEX that are out of our control. However, if you reach out to us at support@dangoproducts.com, we will look into why your order is delayed. In some cases, because of high demand, our products may temporarily go out of stock. 

Once your order is shipped, you will recieve an email with tracking details to the email address provided for order placement. If you have not received tracking information, please check your spam folder or you can email us at support@dangoproducts.com

WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Warranty  
Our products are built to last and we stand behind them. Dango Products offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects: i.e. missing parts, torn leather, broken metal and ripped paracords.  Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty. Accidents, wear & tear and excessive use are not warranted. For example: scratches, fading, basic longevity and behavior of materials, lost parts, ripped leather, chipped metal, chipped coating, etc. At our discretion, we will require that the item be sent back for us to review to justify warranty coverage. If a repair is required, customer will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping cost. 

Warranty for Dango Watches
 
Dango Products offers a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year after original purchase from dango or any authorized dango dealer. Dango will either repair or replace the watch, at our discretion if the watch is deemed defective. The warranty doesn’t cover abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear. Damage caused by not securely fastening the strap and/or locking mechanism is not covered. Damage caused by not properly sealing the case back and/or crown is not covered. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests. Dango has the option to deny a warranty claim or repair request if a watch shows evidence of excessive wear and/or misuse.

  1. Regularly clean leather with a soft brush or cloth.
  2. Regularly air out leather.
  3. Blot away water or moisture as soon as possible.
  4. Dry wet leather naturally, away from artificial heat.
  5. Keep leather supple with a specialised leather conditioner every 3-6 months. You can use a leather conditioner such as Cobbler's
1. Avoid using any abrasive materials or chemicals when cleaning, as these can damage the anodized finish. 
2. Use a soft cloth or sponge with a mild soap solution and warm water to clean anodized aluminum.
3. Rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.
4. To protect the anodized finish from scratches and corrosion, apply a wax-based polish such as car wax or furniture wax. 
1. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives when cleaning as this can damage the surface. 
2. When cleaning, wash the metal with warm water and mild soap. 
Dry completely.
3. Use a soft cloth to buff the titanium and remove any dirt or debris. 
4. Store titanium in a cool, dry place and take extra care not to drop or hit it against hard surfaces.
1. Regularly clean the surface with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap. Cleaning with vinegar is an effective way to lift grease. Either soak a clean soft cloth and wring out any excess before rubbing the tarnished areas, or make a warm water and vinegar solution to soak larger items in for 30 minutes or so before thoroughly rinsing. You can also use nickel cleaning solutions such as Rohl Flitz Polish.
2. Avoid using harsh abrasives or acidic cleaners, as these can damage the plating. 
3. You should also avoid exposing the plating to excessive heat, as this can also cause damage. 
4. Finally, you should periodically wax the surface of the plating to protect it from dirt and moisture. 
1. Regularly cleaning with a damp cloth.
2. Do not over expose the wood to wet conditions or extreme heat.
3. To condition your wood, lightly rub mineral oil or linseed oil on it and let it dry. 

G10 can discolor over time, leaving a light grey or white residue depending on the environment. This can easily be fixed by applying mineral oil and letting it dry. Wipe off any excess solution. 

Yes, all of our leather goods, including the DTEX material will break in over time. Please continue to use them by inserting a reasonable amount of cards to allow some time for the pockets to break in.

Does your Dango Rail System feel loose? Not to worry! We have designed the Rail System to be adjustable. Using a coin (Dime), small flathead screw driver or your fingernail, insert into the gap where the prongs are and gently pull them inwards. Test with your cards and adjust accordingly to your designed tightness.
