The cost of skilled labor, equipment maintenance, and raw materials in the U.S. is significantly higher than overseas, which can limit production volume and drive up overhead. The assembly process is equally critical. Each Dango wallet is meticulously hand-assembled and quality-checked by our team, ensuring that every product meets our standard of performance and durability. While it would be easier and cheaper to outsource assembly, we believe in creating jobs at home and maintaining complete oversight of the production line. It’s not the easiest route—but it’s the one that aligns with our values of craftsmanship, community, and uncompromising quality.
