The M1 Rails will transform your current wallet into an all metal, ID wallet. This kit comes with a unique design and patent pending quick release rail mechanism allows not only easy access to cards, but also a way to expose and scan certain cards without removing them - extremely useful for displaying identification, badges or accessing secured buildings and public transportation. This kit is intended to replace your single or bifold pocket that is already on your M-Series wallet.
One left and one right rail is included in this kit, in addition to a 1.050" hex tip key "L" wrench. With the hex tool, remove all screws and/or leather pocket on the frontal (or leather) side of an existing M1 Wallet. Replace it with the 2 rails and fasten them with 6 screws from the previous attachment.

Function is pretty good, I keep 2 cards in the front ID wallet and one in the back. The wallet rattles a little but wouldn’t if I had more cards to put in it. I took a star away because the screws that came with it were silver, not black, and I felt like they were a little long. I had to really crank down on them to not have the rail rattle.
I was very happy with my M1 SPECOPS and I wanted to modify with the rail system. I am really impressed with the options Dango has to change their wallets to fit my needs!
M1 maverick burnt copper is so nice in person. I feel it is better contrasted with the silver rails and chassis clip. I also changed the band to grey to complement the silver. The rail system perfectly fit 4 cards even if they're embossed. The side with the backplate that is RID i fit 2 embossed cards and 3 smooth cards with no issues when trying to access them. The more embossed cards you have, the more snug obviously so they wont slide as easily. I feel if they were all embossed then i wouldn't be able to fit all 5 cards. I literally cannot stop staring at my wallet and would recommend anyone to get it if you’re willing to pay.
I love there products. This is my second maverick wallet for the only reason to have a new color. I really like the burnt bronze powder coat and black accents. Adding the black rails give a great look and easy access to my license, however I feel like I need a few cards behind it to keep things from moving around.
I also added the black chassis clip which is great the clip onto things but doesn’t hold well if you only have a couple bills and gets in the way of the rubber band if you wanted to use that. I rarely carry cash so it’s not a big deal.
My only gripe is when I got it, I removed the moveable back plate and found it had a hole punched in it. Customer support said it was part of their manufacturing process but I didn’t understand that because my original wallet did not have that hole. It gets covered my the rubber band so I can’t see it. With my original wallet I noticed one most used card rubbed on that plate causing wear spots so I’m going to glue some fabric or felt on it to allow it to slide better. Hope my comments help. I love this wallet.
Material and design just excelent the only bad thing I had was a screw that it seems to be too long and make the wallet make a rattling sound but in overall great
Customer service is The worst I ever dealt with. or should I say the lack of dealing with they still have never answered my email about concern the product is great but again customer service is trash. Please work on it.
Functions as described. I placed this on my M007 Wallet. Looks better than the the stock that came with it. Secures an additional 4-5 cards in the back.
