Nice traveling wallet/note pad. Convenient for taking notes on the go. Plus, I keep two SD card in the zipper pocket. Yes it’s easier to take notes on a smart phone, but I’m not a person who likes carrying a phone in my hand all the time - it stays in my backpack. The wallet is light and easy to carry in my front pocket. Recommend for those who like taking notes constantly.
So far so good only time will tell. Craftsmanship is good I had a few loose ends that I melted the ends flush with the wallet so they wouldn't unravel. The tool is a neat addition, I have to remind myself it's for finger tight screws because I bent the heck out of it trying us it as a torks. But it still works as a clasp so it's all good.
I was originally just going to use this as my passport for my trip, but it ended up becoming my new EDC and it's honestly a massive step up from my previous D03.
It's able to hold all my cards, a travel pic of the missus, the MT03 tool (without the fork), cash, my passport, and a pen, without feeling cumbersome.
10/10 purchase
Dango wallets are always great!
Small and compact. Carrying all the "plastic" money and some paper cash easily. Having a pen and notebooks for the 1001 misc. things that need to be written down is the feature I use constantly.
This wallet may be the best on the market for accommodating the usual wallet contents (cards and cash), but goes further by adding a sketchbook and a pen without a large increase in bulk. Weight and size are just the sacrifices made in order to carry those additional pieces. The material quality is superb as well. I would rather see the elimination of the zippered compartment for a simple slotted pocket. In short, a great design!
Overall good quality construction. I am a bit disappointed that there is no way to secure a passport within this wallet. The wallet wraps loosely around a passport, but the passport can easily slip out. The design is a bit less secure than I expected.
It's well put together like other Dango products, but it just doesn't feel quite right unless it's packed. It's built to add other components and if you don't have any, it's a loose fit for some of your stuff. Doesn't quite fold as neatly as it should either. And it is larger than many of their other wallets...which Dango says. It's a travel wallet, built to load stuff. If you're not doing that, it may not be the wallet for you. So it's not a bad product, it just has a specific purpose to be aware off.
Overall, I like the wallet.
At the same time, the inner cards that slide in from the top, you have to be careful that they don't slip out as the wallet moves around.
The order was delivered on time and i received what I wanted.
They were sold out of note pads and pens at that time. But ordered them today will let you know how that goes. Good job Dango 👍😃.
I had a Dango Wallet before, I think from a Kickstarter they made maybe? Anyways, this feels like an expandable version of that. The original wallet didn't age very well so I'm expecting better this time.
Wish they added or changed one of the sections so it will be easier to attach a little bit bigger notebook.
It actually was a little smaller than I expected, but that's not a bad thing at all! It fits all my cards and cash and is super convenient to pocket. Very happy with this purchase and looking forward to enjoying the wallet for a long time.
