My only complaint about the wallet is that the magnets aren’t very strong. They can hold the weight of an iPhone 16 Pro Max with a DBrand case but comes off easily. Aside from that, I very much like it. I can carry two cards in the front pocket as well as my ID and carry permit in the interior pocket. Being able to attach a wrist strap was essential and the D ring feels solidly built.
I like it!! I use it if I don’t want to carry some cash. And trying to minimize my edc. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the magnets is not strong enough to attach to my phone whenever I try to take it out of my pocket. If Dango would make another MagSafe or put stronger magnets then I would have given it 5 stars. Overall I like it!!
Paid the extra money for magsafe capabilities and am disappointed with how very weak the magnet in the wallet is. Glad I bought it as magsafe being a secondary carry option since I don't think it'd be safe to use it. If I had known the magnet to be this weak I would've bought the regular S1 Stealth.
Not at all easy getting cards in/out of it and I carry 4.
Build quality is great. May pursue using the D-Ring on a lanyard for the times I was planning to use the magsafe. Feels like it'll be a great standalone front pocket wallet.
I never usually review things but had to on this occasion. Bought this, in the sale and then Lost it in my dryer…. For over a week. Its been baked in there every day until jist now I’ve finally found it. Magnet works amazing. Small heat mark on the magnet side from the heat in the dryer but otherwise nothing. Id say this is a very durable product and im happy with this purchase. Happier now that ive got it back again.
Love the build quality. Sadly, I accidentally threw the package (S1 Stealth, key rings (2pack), Dango tether mini w fire starter, and tethers) away in the trash so I am not able to use them. I still don’t know how I did this. I attribute it up to my old age. :-(
But the sturdiness and build quality appears to be very good.
Love this little MagSafe wallet for my phone. It’s a very convenient carry, easy to use and easy to add or remove. Great for travel or for combining my caries anytime.
The wallet was Meh!
The ID slot is tight and does not allow my license to slide out effortlessly. I have to use both hands to pry it open enough to slide the cards out. This defeats the purpose of the MagSafe feature which should let me interact with the wallet while is attached to my phone.
Initially thinking it wasn't for me I was skeptical. Now that I've been downsizing I can't believe that I never chose before. It's perfect for the life I live now.
Pros: The material seems great, the appearance looks nice. I love the ring for optionally attaching the card holder to other things. Great if you do not need to access your card regularly.
Cons: the magnet is weaker than $10 card holders I have used. It can easily be budged or bumped around. Easily comes off with a slight pulling force. Cars are difficult to get out and not really for convenient access.
I realy like my new S1 stealth wallet with MagSafe.
I have purchased several Dango wallets in the past few years but so glad you made one for MagSafe, wish the magnet was a little stronger but it’s awesome never the less.
